2 days ago we updated our manager. Finally we added plex into it and customers with accounts starting at 17EUR/month (SB5 package) can install and manage plex directly from there. It can be found under a new Plex tab in your seedbox details page. If you already have plex installed by our staff manually, just click on the install plex button and your installed plex details will appear there...

Plex is already available on all our shared servers. Customers with packages priced 17EUR and higher can request installation via a support ticket. It's still in the testing phase so installation is not automated yet and it requires manual installation by our staff.

We have good news! Customers with VNC access i.e. with SB3,SB2 and SB1 package on the servers: berry, ice and snow can request plex installation, it's full plex access not shared resources. Recently, we have received a lot of questions about accounts with large HDD space but a lower traffic limit at a reasonable price. We understood that for some people HDD space is the priority so that they could store their data on the server longer and avoid removing or replacing it. Therefore we decided to introduce new types of accounts into our shared seedboxes offer - "storage accounts"....

We have some network problems and some servers can be unavailable or with packet loss. We are working on this and the problem should be fixed soon.
