When you go over the traffic limit, your outgoing speed will be limited to 30Mbps and it will reset on your traffic reset day. Traffic reset day can be found under service details page in the client area. All your all apps and services will be active and running without any interuption.

Yes, you can order it directly from the client area anytime you want.
What apps are available?

Can I use streaming apps ?
Streaming apps can be used starting from HD 7 package and with all NVME accounts.
What streaming apps do you offer ?
We offer Plex, Emby and Jellyfin.
Can I use multiple streaming apps ?
With all Shared App Hosting packages, you can use only one streaming app at a time. With Dedicated App Hosting you can use all of them at the same time.
Do you offer root access ?
We don’t offer root access with Shared App Hosting packages. It can be requested with Dedicated App Hosting packages only.
Do you offer SSH access ?
Yes, we offer SSH access with all Shared App Hosting accounts, except HD 1 account.
Can you install additional app/packages on request ?
It is impossible because we want to keep integration of our shared servers. Only customers with Dedicated App Hosting packages can request it but you are welcome to install anything locally via SSH in your HOME path.
Can I share my account with friends ?
Yes, you can but you need to share your account credentials, which is a security risk and we don’t recommend it.
Can you migrate my data from another provider ?
Yes, we can transfer your data free of charge.
