Can I upgrade or downgrade my VPS server?
Yes, you can upgrade your VPS server at any time.
To request an upgrade, please open a support ticket from the Client Area and let us know which VPS package you would like to upgrade to.
VPS upgrades are handled manually during our business hours, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30 CET.
The upgrade is performed on the fly and does not require downtime. Your VPS will remain online during the upgrade process and your IP addresses will remain the same after the upgrade.
Before a VPS upgrade can be processed, any existing VPS snapshot must be removed. Snapshots cannot be transferred or kept during the upgrade process.
After we receive your request, we will check the upgrade options and prepare the upgrade order for you. The upgrade will be processed manually during business hours.
Can I downgrade my VPS?
No, VPS downgrades are not available.
If you want to move to a lower VPS package, you need to order a new VPS server and cancel the old one.
Before cancelling the old VPS server, please make sure all important data has been moved to the new VPS. After the old server is cancelled and terminated, access to its data may no longer be available.
