When is an unpaid VPS terminated after suspension?
If your VPS invoice is not paid on time, the service may be suspended after the due date.
When a VPS is suspended, network access to the server is blocked. The VPS itself is not immediately terminated and your data remains stored on the server during the suspension period.
After a VPS is suspended due to an unpaid invoice, we wait 72 hours for the payment before the server is terminated.
During this time, you can still pay the overdue invoice from the Client Area. After the payment is received and processed, the VPS is unsuspended automatically.
If the payment is not completed within 72 hours after suspension, the VPS may be terminated and all data stored on the server may be permanently removed.
To avoid service interruption or data loss, please make sure your invoices are paid before the due date.
