Your service hostname and application credentials can be found in the Client Area under your service details.

Open Overseerr and go to Settings → Services.

Configure Radarr

Fill in the following fields:

  • Server Name – choose any name you like.
  • Hostname – your service hostname.
  • Port – 443.
  • SSL – enabled.
  • API Key – available under Radarr → Settings → General → Security.
  • URL Base – /username/radarr, where username is your service username.
  • Quality Profile – select the profile that best matches your requirements.
  • Root Folder – configure it under Radarr → Settings → Media Management. Add the required Root Folder, then click Test in Overseerr. Once the connection succeeds, select the Root Folder from the drop-down list, click Test again and then click Save Changes.

Configure Sonarr

  • API Key – available under Sonarr → Settings → General → Security.
  • URL Base – /username/sonarr, where username is your service username.
  • Quality Profile – select the profile that best matches your requirements.
  • Root Folder – configure it under Sonarr → Settings → Media Management. Add the required Root Folder, then click Test in Overseerr. Once the connection succeeds, select the Root Folder from the drop-down list, click Test again and then click Save Changes.

Verification

âš  Important

Always use port 443 with SSL enabled. An incorrect hostname, URL Base or API Key is the most common cause of connection failures. The Root Folder must already exist in Radarr or Sonarr before it can be selected in Overseerr.

✔ Configuration Complete

If the connection tests succeed and the Root Folder can be selected for both Radarr and Sonarr, Overseerr is configured correctly.
