Can I convert Dedicated App Hosting to a Dedicated Server?
Yes, we can convert your Dedicated App Hosting package to a regular Dedicated Server.
Please note that after this change, your service will become an unmanaged dedicated server. You will be the server administrator and you will be responsible for managing the server, installed software and configuration.
After the conversion, you will receive access to a dedicated server control panel. From there, you will be able to manage the server, reboot it, reinstall the operating system, use rescue mode and perform other server management actions.
Your data and server content will remain on the server. Only the control panel and service type will change. You will no longer have the Dedicated App Hosting control panel.
If you want to convert the server back to Dedicated App Hosting later, this is possible with a 15 EUR setup fee. To request this, please open a support ticket. We will issue an invoice and convert the server back to Dedicated App Hosting within approximately 24 hours after payment.
If your service is still within the first 7 days refund period, converting it to a Dedicated Server will remove the refund option. We do not offer refunds for Dedicated Servers.
