When is an unpaid Dedicated Server terminated after suspension?
If your Dedicated Server invoice is not paid on time, the service may be suspended after the due date.
When a Dedicated Server is suspended, network access to the server is blocked on the switch. The server is not immediately terminated and your data remains stored on the server during the suspension period.
After a Dedicated Server is suspended due to an unpaid invoice, we wait 5 days for the payment before the server is terminated.
During this time, you can still pay the overdue invoice from the Client Area. After the payment is received and processed, the Dedicated Server is unsuspended automatically.
If the payment is not completed within 5 days after suspension, the Dedicated Server may be terminated and all data stored on the server may be permanently removed.
To avoid service interruption or data loss, please make sure your invoices are paid before the due date.
