What happens in case of hardware failure?
If there is a hardware failure on a Dedicated Server, we will check the server and replace the faulty hardware as needed.
Hardware-related issues such as failed disks, memory, power supply or other physical components are handled by our team or the datacenter staff.
Please note that Dedicated Servers are unmanaged, so software, operating system configuration and data recovery from the server are not included as part of server management.
We strongly recommend keeping your own backups. Hardware replacement does not replace the need for backups and we cannot guarantee data recovery in case of disk failure or filesystem damage.
