What type of content is allowed on Dedicated Servers?
You may store any type of data on your Dedicated Server as long as it does not violate EU or Dutch law, our Terms of Service or any other applicable service agreements.
In general, illegal or prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- child sexual abuse material or any illegal content involving minors,
- copyrighted material which you do not own or do not have permission to store, distribute or use,
- malicious scripts, malware or code that could be used to attack another server, network or user,
- scripts or code that could cause serious hardware or service malfunction,
- BitTorrent trackers,
- warez,
- spam or services used for sending unsolicited messages.
We do not actively scan or monitor Dedicated Servers for illegal content. However, if we receive a DMCA notice, copyright complaint or abuse report related to your server, we may forward it to you for review and further action.
