Are Dedicated Servers managed or unmanaged?
All Dedicated Servers are unmanaged.
This means that you receive full server access and you are responsible for managing the operating system, installed software, configuration, updates, security and backups.
We provide the dedicated hardware, network connectivity and dedicated server control panel access, but server administration, software management and backup management are handled by the customer.

If you install or configure any software on your Dedicated Server, you are responsible for maintaining it, troubleshooting it and keeping your own backups.
