Do you provide backups for App Hosting packages?
No, we do not provide backups for App Hosting packages.
The customer is responsible for creating and maintaining their own backups of important files, application data and configuration.
We recommend downloading important data regularly using FTP, SFTP, SSH, rsync or another backup method suitable for your service.
⚠ Important
If your service is cancelled, terminated, reinstalled or affected by data loss, your files may be permanently lost if you do not have your own backup.
