How to cancel Credit/Debit Card automatic subscription payments?
Credit/Debit Card automatic subscription payments are linked to your service in our billing system.
If you want to stop automatic card payments for a service, you need to submit a cancellation request for that service from the Client Area.
When the service is cancelled, the related automatic Credit/Debit Card subscription payment is cancelled automatically as well.
Unlike PayPal subscriptions, Credit/Debit Card subscription payments do not need to be cancelled manually from an external account. They are cancelled automatically when the related service is cancelled in our Client Area.
Cancelling automatic card payments does not automatically refund any previous payments. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
