Will I get a refund for the unused time if I close my service before its expiry date?
No, unused time is not refunded if you close your service before its expiry date, unless your service is still covered by our refund policy.
If you request an Immediate Cancellation, the service will be scheduled for termination and switched off as soon as possible.
Please note that immediate cancellation means the service is closed before the end of the paid billing period. Any remaining unused time from the current billing period is not refunded, unless the service is eligible for a refund under our refund policy.
Before requesting immediate cancellation, please make sure you have downloaded or backed up any important files. After the service is terminated, access to the service and its data may no longer be available.
If you want to use the service until the end of the paid period, choose End of Billing Period cancellation instead of immediate cancellation.
