How can I cancel my service?
You can request service cancellation directly from the Client Area.
To cancel your service:
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Go to My Services.
- Open the service you want to cancel.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the service page.
- Click the Request Cancellation button.
When submitting a cancellation request, you will need to choose one of the available cancellation types.
Immediate Cancellation
If you choose Immediate cancellation, the service will be terminated as soon as the cancellation request is processed.
This means that the service may be switched off immediately, even if there is still time left in the current paid billing period.
Unused time is not refunded unless your service is still covered by our refund policy.
End of Billing Period Cancellation
If you choose End of Billing Period cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
The service will be terminated when the paid period is over.
This option is recommended if you want to continue using the service until the end of the time you have already paid for.
Confirmation
After submitting the cancellation request, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please make sure you select the correct service and cancellation type before confirming the request.
After the service is terminated, access to the service and its data may no longer be available. Please make sure you download or back up any important files before the cancellation date.
