How do I cancel a PayPal subscription?

You need to cancel your PayPal subscription directly from your PayPal account.

Please note that we cannot cancel a PayPal subscription on your behalf. PayPal subscriptions are managed by the PayPal account owner, so you need to log in to PayPal and cancel the subscription there.

You can cancel your PayPal subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees for cancelling the subscription.

ℹ Service Access

After cancelling the PayPal subscription, your service will remain active until the end of the period that has already been paid for.

⚠ Important

Cancelling a PayPal subscription only stops future automatic payments. It does not automatically cancel or terminate your service in our Client Area. If you want to cancel the service itself, please also submit a cancellation request from the Client Area.
